投简历，试译，然后签约，线上培训，开始接单，质量反馈，大致就是这样的流程，主要以英译中为主，质量把控比网易有道严格，价格也更高。LionBridge有很多长期翻译项目，不是零散小单，基本上都是长期合作的大客户，对译员而言，这样有利于积累特定领域的翻译经验。唯一的沟通渠道是发邮件，译员之间无法联系。
最后
1、做翻译兼职有专业要求，自身的专业越高，能接到的价格自然就高。
2、以上平台可作为自己翻译兼职的试水点，了解行业情况，国内相比国外的价格低一些，有能力的同学可以多接触国外平台。
